Hub Virtual Blood Drive

Growing up, I had role models who inspired me to donate blood and continue donating. Secular people are often characterized as having no moral center, which is far from the case. We see our life and everyone else's life as having a natural worth and see giving back to our community as a moral good.

We have set up a virtual blood drive so you can donate on your schedule. And you are not donating virtually, you get to go to any Vitalant blood center or mobile drive and donate, which means SNACKS. https://vbd.vitalant.org/drive/SaveLife-0531-T

You can go to this Meetup event page any time before it occurs to click the link to schedule your donation for a date which fits your schedule. Using this link gathers all the donations made in our virtual drive together so we can see our impact.

You do not have to signal that you will "attend" the event, Meetup is more of a placeholder for the link.

You can donate anytime, and you can donate every 8 weeks if you are doing the standard whole blood donation. I have set an initial goal of 30 donations, but would love to far exceed that by the end of the year.
